The structure is a stone’s throw away from the Vatican Walls, at 278 Via Aurelia, Rome, and has a 24,773-m2 (266,654-ft2) surface area. The requalification operation involved the demolition of the existing buildings, the construction of 3 new buildings with a change in purpose of use, encompassing 65 luxury apartments [11 .500 mq], [11,500 m2 (123,785 ft2)], common areas, a gym, and a reception desk, all under the name of “Residenze Monticello”.
