Renovation of the historic INPS (national welfare institution) headquarters – a building protected by the Fine Arts Authority – with the conversion to a luxury hotel. Located in Piazza Augusto Imperatore in Rome: 5 floors over a 20,000-m2 (215,278-ft2) surface area; 114 rooms; 2,500 m2 (just under 27,000 ft2) of common areas; and a 1,500-m2 (16,142-ft2) SPA.
